(b) By placing in Zones C-3-S-1-X, General Commercial, One Story }{eight of Buildings and Yards Combining Zones with a 15-foot setback from the northerly property line, the land described as follows: Lot 19 of Tract 5002 as Shown by map on file in Book 84 of Maps at pages 18 and 19 thereof, Records Of Riverside County, California, EXCEPTING therefrom the southerly 100 feet. (c) By removing from Zone C-2, Restricted Commercial Zone, the land described in subsections (a) and (b) above.~ Section .2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in Rfversfde's Weekly Reader.
