The City Council Of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: section i: chapter 19.06 of the Riverside MuniCipal Code and the official Zoning MaP which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone MP, ManufactUring Park Zone, the land described as follows: Those portions of Lot 38 in Section 19, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Eernardino Meridian, as shown by map of East Riverside Land Company on file in Book 6, Page 44 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows: The Northerly 50.00 feet of Parcels 1 and 2 of Record of Survey on file in Book 54, Page 84 of Records of Survey, records of Riverside County, California; EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of said Parcel 2 lying westerly of the following described line: COMMENCING at the northwes~ corner of said Parcel 2; THENCE South 89~ 47~ 50" East, along the north- erly line of said Parcel 2, a distance of 72.49 feet to the True Point of Beginning; said point being in a non-tangent curve concave to the southwest and having a radius of 2062.50 feet; the radial line to said point bears North 58~ 01~ 07" East; THENCE Southeasterly, along said curve, an arc length of 242.97 feet thru a central angle of 06° 44' 59" to the end of this line description.
