The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Offidial Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by placing in the ManufactOring Park (AiP) Zone, the land included as "City of Riverside LAFC 81-41-5 (Annexation No. 52--Palmyrita-Gage II)" and described as follows: That portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, as shown by the united States Government Survey, and a subdivision thereof, as shown by Record of SUrvey, on file in Book 40, Page 68 of Record of Surveys, records of Riverside County, California, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the south line of said Section 8, distant thereon North 89" 49' 42" East (recorded North 89" 47I East), 1,098.30 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 8; said point being also the intersection of the south prolongation of the west boundary of said Record of Survey; THENCE North 0° 05I 18" West, along said south prolongation and along said west boundary 1,325.07 feet to the northwest corner of said Record of Survey; THENCE North 89° 57' 42" East (recorded South 89° 55' East), along the north boundary of said Record of SUrvey and along the east prolongation thereof 909.76 feet to its intersection with the easterly right of way line of Gage Canal; THENCE South 33° 09' 41" West, 325.04 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve with a radius of 475.00 feet and concaving southeasterly; THENCE Southwesterly to the left along said curve an arc length of 183~08 feet, thru a central angle of 22° 05' 01" to a point of tangency; THENCE South 11° 04' 40" West, 462.02 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve with a radius of 760.00 feet and concaving easterly; THENCE Southerly to the left along said curve an arc length of 180.34 feet, thru a central angle of 13° 35' 44" to a point of tangency; THENCE South 02° 31' 04" East, 250.73 feet to the south line of said Section 8; the preceding five courses being along said easterly right of way line of Gage Canal; THENCE South 89° 49' 42" West, along said south line 570.22 feet to the point of beginning.
