The City cohncil of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: sectioh 1: Section i0.76~010 of the Riverside ~Uniclpai Code is amended to establish a 35 mile per ~OUf prima facie speed limit on Jones AVenue between Arlington and cyptess Avenues~ and a 40 mile per hour prima facie speed limit on Jones Avenue between Cypress and Hole Avenues; said section is hereby amended by adding thereto Jones AVenue to read as follows: Prima Facie Portion of Street Affected Speed Limit Name of Street (limits thereof) (mph) -Jones AvenUe Arlington AVenue and cypress Avenue '35 Jones AVenue Cypress Avenue and Hole Avenue 40 Section 2: That portion of Section 10.76.030 of the Riverside Municipal Code relating to Jones Avenue as a through street is hereby amended'by adding Gramercy Place as an exception thereto, to provide for a foUr-way stop at the intersection of Jones Avenue and Gramercy Place; said portion of Section 10.76.030 is amended to read as follows{ Name of Throug~ Street Inclusive Limits Exceptions (if any) Jones Avenue Cook Avenue and Stover Avenue Wells Avenue, Gramercy Place~ Cypress Avenue, Arlington Avenue Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
