The city council of the city of Riverside does ordain as foliows~ Section It Section 10.52.100 of the RiVerside Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subsection (i) to read as follows: " (i) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for a period longer than one hour on any one day~ Whether the place of parking is the same or is changed~ and whether the time of parking is continuous or inter- rupted, on any da~ except SatUrday between the hobrs of nine a~m. and one p~m., Upon any of the Streets described in Sedtlon 10.76.161." Section 2: Title 10 of the Riverside MUnicipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section 10.76~161 to read as_ follows: " 10,76.161 PARKING TIME LIMITED TO ONE HOUR ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES, EXCEPT ON SATURDAYS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF NINE A.M. AND ONE P,M. In accordance With Section 10,52,100 and when signs are erected giving nOtice thereof, parking is limited to one hour at all times, except between the hours of nine a~m and one p,m., Upon the follOWing streets or portions of streets: Name of Street Limits where parking Limited to One Hour Lemon Street, east side Prospect Avenue and Fourteenth Street Section 2: Section 10.76.175 of the RiVerside Municipal Code is amended to establish a preferential parking permit zone on a portion of Lemon Street; said section is hereby amended by adding an additional portion of Lemon Street to read as follows: / / /
