The city Council of the City of RiverSide does Ordaih as follows: Section i: chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municip~i code and the official zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended as follows: (a) By placing in Zone R-3-s-i, Multiple-Family Residential and One-Story Height of Buildings combining Zone, the land described as follows: The northwesterly i00 feet of Lots 4, 5, 9 and 10 in BloCk 21, and the northwesterly 100 feet of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 25~ together with the northwesterly 100 feet of the sORtheasteriy/ 300 feet of Lot "KK'~ (Higgs Aven~e - vacated) of La sierra Gardens, as shown by map on file in Book ii, Page 48 of Maps, records of RiVerside county, caiifornia~ (b) By placing in Zone R-3-S-2, Multiple-Family Residential and Two-Story Height of Buildin. gs Combining Zone, the land described as foilows~ The southeasterly 260 feet of Lots 4, 5, 9 and 10 in Block 21, and the southeasterly 200 feet of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 25, together with the southeasterly 200 feet of Lot "KK" (Higgs Avenue - vacated) of La Sierra Gardens, as shoWn by map on file in Book il, Page 48 of Maps, records of Riverside county, California; EXCEPTING therefrom all that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Riverside by a deed recorded November 14, 1977, as Instrument No. 226485 of Official Records of said Riverside County. (c) By removing from Zone R-3, Multiple-Family Residential Zone, the land described in subsections (a) and (b) above.
