'1 3 4 5 VAc-4-801 6 7 8 Ii 14 15 16 17 20 24 95 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA ORDiNANcE NO. 4994 INT~N~iON N0~ i421~ ~D ~iNd i~S. oSB0~ PLACE AT ITs INTERSECTION WITH JURUPA A~N~. ~E~AS on October i4, 1980, the City Coun~ii of the city Of Riverside adopted Resoi~tion No. 14210 deOla?ihg its intention to Order the closure of osburn Place at its intersection with Jurupa AVenUe ahd ~ocated adjacent to Rosewood Place, and fixing the time and Pia~e of hearing all persons interested in the proposed closure, pursuant to the procedural progisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and ~E~AS said proposed closure was submitted to and acted upon by the Planning Co~ission of the City of Riverside -~nd notice of hearihg on said reSolUtion was given as provided by said Street Vacation Act of 1941; and '~E~AS on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested and found'and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that access to the system of City streets through fhe intersection of osburn Place and jUrUpa AvenUe is unnecessary for present or prospective p~lic Use; NOW, THE~FO~, BE IT O~AINED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, that the intersection of Osburn Place and JUrupa Avenue in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, is hereby ordered closed, the method and exact location of the closure to be determined by the City Engineer in the best interests of the health, welfare and safety of the City.
