TO T~E ~S~E~y ~ibE OF <br />JASMINE ST~ET ~D NoRTHE~Y OF JURUPA AVENUE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on December 2, 1980, the City council of the <br /> city of Riverside adopted ResolUtion No. 14261 declaring its <br /> intention to order the vacation, of a.semi-circuiar alley <br /> entering from and exiting to the westerly side of Jasmine Street <br /> and northerly of JUrUpa AVenue, and fixing the time and place <br /> of hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, <br /> <br /> being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets <br />-and Highways Code of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and <br /> acted Upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside <br /> and notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by <br /> said Street Vacation Act of 1941; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council <br /> heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested <br /> and found and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted <br /> that the alley ordered vacated is Unnecessary for present or <br /> prospective public use; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of <br /> the City of Riverside, California, that the alley in the City <br /> of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> That certain alley in Block 19 of Tract No. 4 <br /> of the Riverview Addition to the City of Riverside, <br /> as shown by map on file in Book 7, Page 6 of Maps, <br /> records of Riverside County, California, lying west <br /> of a line which is parallel with and distant 33.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
