WHEREAS on December 2, 1980, the City council of the city of Riverside adopted ResolUtion No. 14261 declaring its intention to order the vacation, of a.semi-circuiar alley entering from and exiting to the westerly side of Jasmine Street and northerly of JUrUpa AVenue, and fixing the time and place of hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation, pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets -and Highways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and acted Upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside and notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by said Street Vacation Act of 1941; and WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City Council heard and considered the evidence offered by persons interested and found and hereby finds from all of the evidence submitted that the alley ordered vacated is Unnecessary for present or prospective public use; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, that the alley in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows: That certain alley in Block 19 of Tract No. 4 of the Riverview Addition to the City of Riverside, as shown by map on file in Book 7, Page 6 of Maps, records of Riverside County, California, lying west of a line which is parallel with and distant 33.00
