The City CoUncil of the city of Riverside, CaLifornia, does orda'in as foliows: Section Ii Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4636~ as amended by ordinances Nos. 4651, 4661, 4671, 4735, 4740, 4761, 4823, 4839, 4858, 4912, 4915, 4937, 4977 and 4997, is hereby f~rther amended by amending Paragraph (4) of subsection (a) to add "affordable housing" to the categories for which sewer connec- tion permits may be allocated from the previously established reserve of 200 permit~, which paragraph (4) shall read as follows: "(4) For the period January 1, 1982 throuq.h December 31, 1982~ Not to exceed 400 sewer connection permits plus any sewer connection permits not allocated Under this category during calendar year 1981 may be granted for single-family homes in tract develop- ments including parcel maps; provided, however, not more than forty permits-shall be granted for any one tract during calendar year 1982; and further provided that notwithstanding the limitation established herein, the last application to be granted sewer connections under this allocation through the residential development permit process may receive up to the forty permits above mentioned. The Public Works Director shall file a notice with the city Clerk on or before February 1, 1982, setting forth the number of sewer connection permits remaining in this category from the calendar year 1981 allocation. Not to exceed 400 sewer connection permits plus any sewer connection permits not allocated under this category during calendar year 1981 may be granted for multi-family developments; provided, however, not more than 100 sewer connection permits shall be granted for any one Project during said calendar year. The allocation granted herein for mUlti-family development shall exclude individual fourplexes, triplexes and duplexes on a single lot. The Public Works Director shall file a notice with the city~Cierk on or before February 1, 1982, setting forth the number of seWer connection permits remaining in this category from the calendar year 1981 allocation.
