The city COUncil of the ~ity of RiVerSide, ~aiifo~hia, does ordain as follOWs: section i: Chapter 14.16 of the R~ve~slde MUhi~al Code is ame~'ded in its eh%irety to read as follows: ,, CHAPTER i4.16 pRIVATE DURpING AND DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE 14.16~010 CERTAIN.DIScHARGES PROHIBITED It is unlawf6i for an~ person to dispose er discharge anY cleanings, Wastes; waters or sewage pumped o~ cleaned from any septic tahk; Cesspooi,.holding tank, or sewage seepage pit: (1) without first complying with the provisions of this chapter; (2) At or into any Public sahitarY sewer connection, opening or m&hhole other than the RiverSide WaStewater Treatment piaht Or at-a place designated by the Riverside Was~ewater Systems SUperintendent. i4;1~.020 PERMIT REQDiRED. No person, firm, Partnekship, 0r Cbkporation, carrying on Or. engaged in the bUSiness Of pUmping or cleaning'Septic, tanks, cesspools; holding tanks or sewage seepage pits, shal1 dispose Or discharge WaStes as herein specified at any time without a. signed discharge permit fi}st obtained from the Wastewater systems superintendent o~ his authorized agent; The discharge permit shall reveal such infor- mation as the Director Of Public Works maY require; including the name, address and telephone number of the person or firm reqUeSting disposal or discharge and the name~ address and telephOne number of the location Where waste was picked up. i4;i6;03~ FEE FoR pERMiT; The fee for such permit shall be in accordance with the following schedule: (1) For each load of Waste from any address located Witbi~ the. boundarY of operational area of 'the cf~y of RiveCside; jurUpa community services District and RUbidouk commUnitY services Distcict, a'fee Of $9~00 per load uP to 1;500 ~ailOn tank truck; a fee of $15~0 per lOad,.1;50! galion tank trU~k uP t° 9,500 gallon tank truck; a fee Of $2i~00 Per load~ 2,501 gallon tank tr~ck up tO 3,50~ 9a~ion tRhk t~uck; a fee Of $24.00 per load, above 3,500 gallon tank truck.
