RiVerside, a certified copy <br />of which resolutiOn Was kec~rded March 6, 1914 in <br />Book 9, Page 335 of MiscellaneOus Records of Riverside <br />County, California~ particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point On ~he SoQthe~ly line of <br />Central Avenue 63 feet Easterly from its intersectiOn <br />with the Easterly line of School StCeet as said <br />Avenue and Stkeet are shown on record of survey on <br />file in 'Book 7, page 10 of Records of SurVey~ Records <br />of said Riverside COUnty; <br /> Thence soQtherly and parallel with the Northerly <br />extension of the EasteCly line of said Lot 6 and the <br />Easterly line of Said Lot 6 i50 feet; <br /> Thence Easterly and parallel With the SoUtherly <br />line of said Lots 6 and 5, 60.6 feet to the Southwest <br />corner of that certaih parcel of land conveyed to <br />Dr. Chas.
