WHEREAS, Unforeseen diffioUltiee have prevented the -oompletion of the work of oonstruoting eaid eleotriO railway by eaid Pacific Eleotrio Railway Company, NOW THEREFORE, for. good oauee shOlm: RESOLVED By the Common Counoil of the Oity of River- side, that the time wi thin which the work to construot the eleotrio railway described in the franohise granted by Ordi- " nanoe No. 119 r (New Series), of the Ci ty of Riverside, be and the same is hereby extended to the 7th day of February, 1915. The City Clerk ie hereby authorized and direoted to oertify to the adoption of this Resolution, and todeliver.a oertified oopy thereof, to the Paoifio Eleotrio Re.ilway Oom- pany. I, H. C.
