WHEREAS, by an indenture in writing dated the 22nd day of November, 1912, made by and'between CHARLES L, REYNOLDS, of the City of Riveraide, California, as first party therein and the City of Riverside, as aecond party therein, the said Charles L. Reyno1de,leased, d~ miaed and'let unto the said City of Riverside those cer- tain office rooms and store a aituate in what ia known as the Y. W, C. A. Block on the Southwest corner of 9th and Orange Streets in the eaid City of Riverside, and whioh office rooms and stores are speoifically desoribed as follows, to-wit:- Reynolds Hall NO.3; offics rooms 17 to 30 in- elusive; two storsrooms on, Orange Strest numbered 927 and 929 reepeotively; storeroom No. 626 on said Ninth Streetj and the rear fifty feet of what is known as the Holland Blook fronting on the alley running South betwsen Ninth and Tenth Streets, and WlIEREAS, it,is provided in eaid indenture that the said City shall have the option to extend the term of the lease therein deecribed, for three years from and after the firet day of January, 1915, at the monthly rent of , , One Hundred Seventy-five ($175.00) Dollars, per month, payable at the time and in the manner desoribed in said in- denture of leaee for the payment of the rent therein reeerved, and Page 1.
