<br />12 situated on the westerly side of Market street, between Twelfth street

<br />13 and Thirteenth street, in said City of Riverside, and

<br />15 said building oontemplate an open arcade or oolonnade, with piers, to

<br />16 be built upon the sidewalk adjacent to and easterly of her said prop-

<br />19 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the CotUlcil of said City of

<br />21 pernussion to ereot and construct her said proposed building out over
<br />
<br />22 the sidewalk adjoining her said property situated on the westerly side
<br />
<br />23 of Market Street, between Twelfth Street and Thirteenth street, in

<br />24 said City, and to support the saThe with an open arcade or oolo~~de,
<br />
<br />25 with piers, resting upon the sidewalk, the said piers to be placed,
<br />
<br />I 26 erected and constructed at points tv/o and one-half feet westerly fro~
<br />27 the present curb line of Market Street at said location, upon condition,

<br />28 however, that said AlINABEL RAMAGE will grant to said City of Riverside
