L. Burtner has conveyed to the said <br /> <br />15 City of Riverside lIIndianll Uotoroyole, Engine noo FA 1361; and <br /> <br />16 YIHEREAS, no consideration has been paid by the said City of River- <br /> <br />17 side to said offioer" for said transfer of title, <br /> <br />18 NOW TrlEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Riverside hereby <br /> <br />19 accepts title to the said motorcycle, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized <br />20 and directed to have the same registered in the name of said city, Dnd <br />21 The Mayor imd City Clerk are hereby authorized and direoted to re- <br />22 transfer title thereto to the party vmo has transferred the same to the City, <br />23 or to his hairs or assigns, whenever said re~transrer of _title is derr~nded <br /> <br />24, by said party. <br /> <br />25 I, G.
