L. Burtner has conveyed to the said 15 City of Riverside lIIndianll Uotoroyole, Engine noo FA 1361; and 16 YIHEREAS, no consideration has been paid by the said City of River- 17 side to said offioer" for said transfer of title, 18 NOW TrlEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Riverside hereby 19 accepts title to the said motorcycle, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized 20 and directed to have the same registered in the name of said city, Dnd 21 The Mayor imd City Clerk are hereby authorized and direoted to re- 22 transfer title thereto to the party vmo has transferred the same to the City, 23 or to his hairs or assigns, whenever said re~transrer of _title is derr~nded 24, by said party. 25 I, G.
