Graser and Aden L. Purmort, 6 doing business under the firm name and style of lliverside 7 Taxicab Company, have made application for permit to operate 8 three "Taxicabs" in the City of Riverside, pursuant to the 9 provisions of Ordinance No. 610 (New Series), and have complied 10 with all of the provisions of said Ordinance, and after public 11 hearing had upon said application on the 24th day of November, 12 1931, notice of which public hearing Vias dUly given, it appears 13 that the public interest, convenience,and'necessity require the 14 issuance of said Permit. 15 No:I THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED: 16 That the public interest, convenience and necessity, 17 require the issuance of a permit to Edward F. Graser and Aden 18 L. Purmort, doing business under the firm name rold style of 19 Riverside Taxicab Company, to operate three "Taxicabs" in the 20 City of RiverSide, in accordance with the conditions hereinafter 21 set out, and, 22 That the City Clerk of the City of Riverside be, 23 and he is hereby authorized to issue to the said Edward F. 0-, :~ 24 Graser and Aden L.
