J. Nejedly, Zoning Case V-85-856, for a variance from the <br />fence height limitations of Section 19.70.130 of the Riverside <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> The petitioner appealed to the City Council from the <br />determination of the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning <br />Adjustment. The City Council of the City of Riverside conducted <br />a public hearing on January 14, 1986, in the matter of said <br />appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br />conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br />the investigation of the City Council that the conditions set <br />forth in Section 19.64.130(b) exist, and the granting of the <br />variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br />of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby <br />granted for the purpose of erecting a six-foot-high masonry and <br />wrought iron fence with six-foot-high pilasters topped with <br />12-inch to 18-inch lights within the front yard setback. <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
