Kohut of <br />Best, Best and Krieger on behalf of Riverside Community <br />Hospital - Knollwood Center, Zoning Case C-22-656 (Revised), <br />for a revised Conditional Use Permit to determine if treatment <br />of chemical/drug abuse is in compliance with the previously <br />approved permit and if not, to permit such treatment, and to <br />amend the previously approved conditions at Knollwood Center, <br />in the R-1-65, Residential-1 Zone, and the RO-S-1, Restricted <br />Office and One Story Height of Buildings Combining Zones. <br /> <br /> Applicant appealed to the City Council from the determ- <br />ination of the Planning Commission, and the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on November 5, <br />1985, which public hearing was continued to December 3, 1985; <br />December 17, 1985; and January 14, 1986, in the matter of said <br />appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />by the investigation of the City Council that the public <br />necessity, convenience, welfare and good zoning practices <br />justify the granting of said revised permit upon the terms and <br />conditions recommended by the Land Use Committee and made a <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RI VERSI DE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
