1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RI VERSI DE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br />C-12-856 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 16016 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS GRANTING AN <br /> APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br /> The Planning Commission of the City of Riverside on <br />November 7, 1985, denied the application of The Tyler Group, <br />Inc., Zoning Case C-12-856, for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />establish an approximately 240-unit two-story senior apartment <br />complex consisting of approximately 60 two-bedroom and <br />approximately 180 one-bedroom living units, together with common <br />and private open space and incidental parking on approximately <br />7.6 vacant acres of land situated on the easterly corner of <br />Lincoln Avenue and Adams Street, being in the 8200 block of <br />Lincoln Avenue and the 2800 block of Adams Street, in the MP, <br />Manufacturing Park Zone. <br /> <br /> Roger A. Luebs, Dye, Thomas, Luebs & Ingalls, appealed <br />to the City Council on behalf of the applicant from the deter- <br />mination of the Planning Commission, and the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on December 10, <br />1985, which public hearing was continued to January 7, 1986, in <br />the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br />conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br />the investigation of the City Council that the public necessity, <br />convenience, welfare and good zoning practices justify the <br />granting of said permit upon the terms and conditions therein <br />contained. <br /> <br /> <br />
