(V-40-856) <br /> <br /> The Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning <br />Adjustment of the City of Riverside denied in part the <br />application of Exxon USA, Zoning Case V-40-856, for a variance <br />from the sign requirements of Section 19.76.100 of the Riverside <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> Keith A. Cosman, P.B.S. Services, Inc., appealed to the <br />City Council on behalf of Exxon USA from the determination of <br />the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning Adjustment. The <br />City Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing <br />on January 7, 1986, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br />conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br />the investigation of the City Council that the conditions set <br />forth in Section 19.64.130(b) exist, and the granting of the <br />variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br />of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby <br />granted in part to allow Exxon USA (1) one maximum <br />60-square-foot combined price and identification monument sign <br />located at the street intersection and one maximum <br />14-square-foot state-mandated price sign located on or adjacent <br />to the main building, with the total price signing area not to <br />exceed 42 square feet; (2) all monument sign design and location <br /> <br /> <br />
