2 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />]0 <br /> <br />2O <br /> <br />2] <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16009 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING <br />THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO MR. <br />& MRS. JUAN VELASCO, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS <br />JOINT TENANTS, AND APPROVING THE GRANTING <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO ~. & MRS. <br />ROBERTO RODRIGUEZ VEGA, HUSBAND AND WIFE, <br />AS JOINT TENANTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE EASTSIDE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency owns certain real property within the Eastside <br />Redevelopment Project Area, and said real property is ready for sale <br />pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan for said Project, and, also, in <br />accordance with a Purchase and Development Agreement to be entered <br />into between Buyers, Juan & Armida Velasco, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants, and the Riverside Redevelopment Agency; and a Development of <br />Property Agreement to be entered into between Grantee, Roberto & Maria <br />Rodriguez Vega, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and the Riverside <br />Redevelopment Agency, for the purchase and development of said certain <br />real property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Agency agrees to sell and <br />the Buyers Juan & Armida Velasco, agree to purchase certain real property <br />described as Lot 16 at the northwest corner of 14th Street and Langston <br />Place, and the eastern 26 feet of Lot 17 on 14th Street for the purchase <br />price of $9,000; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Agency agrees to grant and the <br /> Grantee, Roberto & Maria Rodriguez Vega agrees to accept the western 19 <br /> feet of Lot 17 at no cost to the Grantee; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Sales Price of $9,000 to Buyer, <br /> Juan & Armida Velasco and the granting of said property to Grantee, <br /> <br /> <br />
