1 2 ? 8 9 10 11 17 18 19 20 27 RESOLUTION NO. 16008 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 15809, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 4 THEREOF TO INCREASE THE SALARY RANGE FOR THE CLASS OF MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE ENTITLED "CHIEF UTILITIES ENGINEER" FROM RANGE 56.3 TO 57.3 WITH FIVE STEPS, AND BY TEMPORARILY DELAYING THE CHANGE IN TITLE AND SALARY RANGE OF THE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE ENTITLED "UTILITIES RATES/ REVENUE SUPERVISOR" PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED IN RESOLUTION NO. 15969 BY FURTHER AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 4 TO RETURN SAID POSITION TO ITS ORIGINAL TITLE AND SALARY RANGE, ALL OF WHICH SHALL BE EFFECTIVE AS OF JANUARY 10, 1986. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does resolve as follows: Section 1: Subsection (b) of Section 4 of Resolution No. 15809, as amended by Resolutions Nos. 15821, 15822, 15846, 15847, 15865, 15888, 15957, 15969 and 16004, is hereby amended to increase the salary range for the class of management employee entitled "Chief Utilities Engineer" from Range 56.3 to Range 57.3 with five steps, and by temporarily delaying the change in title and salary range of the management employee entitled "Utilities Rates/Revenue Supervisor" previously authorized in Resolution No. 15969 by further amending Subsection (b) of Section 4 to return said position to its original title and salary range by deleting from the list of management employees the title of "Utilities Rates/Revenue Analyst" at salary range 50.3 with 5 steps and adding thereto the class of "Utilities Rates/Revenue Supervisor" at salary range 49.3 with 5 steps, which class titles and salary ranges CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA
