Rt SEWER DISTRICT• 14he Council of the City of Riversids, California, pursuant o izi to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Parts j 1, land 3. Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code -of the State of California, does resolve as followe3 " .) That the public interest and convenience require the work hereinafter mentioned to be done and therefore the said Council hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said City, to-wit.- The o-wit. The construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer, vitrified clay pipe house connections, vitrified clay pipe wye branches, standard manholesi oast iron manhole frames and covers, stubs, standard ohimney and appurtenant work in connection thers- with, the paving and/or resurfacing of the trench in the street where the sanitary sewer and house connection sewer linen are con- structed, in "Lime Street between Houlding St. & Southern Pacific R. R. Sewer District", all as more particularly described in Resolution of Intention No. 47ol passed and adopted by the Council of said City on the 13th day of December, 1 49, and on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. For further particulate reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No.+17olond to the plane, profiles and drawings on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City of Riverside, and to the specifications for said work heretofore adopted by the said Council and on file in the offioe of the City Clerk of said City, and all of amid plane, profiles, drawings and specifications heretofore approved by the Council of said City are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and referenoe is hereby made thereto for a more parti. cular description of said work.
