<br />right, title, and interest, in and to that certain right-of-way across
<br />Lot 29 of Block 12 of the Village of Arlington, as shown by Map on file
<br />In Book 1 of Naps, page 62, Records of San Bernardino County, California
<br />granted to the Nevada-Celiforate Electric Corporation (name changed
<br />June 30,-1941 to California Electrid Power Company) by C. L. Critchlow
<br />and Anna Grace Critchlow, his wife, by deed dated January 26, 1936 and
<br />recorded in Book 364, page 311, official records of Riverside County,
<br />California* be, and the same is hereby officially accepted.
<br />I, W. G. Waite, City Clerk of the City of Riverside, California,
<br />hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly in-
<br />troduced and adopted by the Council of said City, at its meeting held
<br />on the 17th day, of January, 1950, by the following vote:
