5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />lO <br /> <br />ll <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />~5 <br /> <br />~6 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />2B <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />VAC-7-867 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.16368 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ~KING ITS FINDINGS AND <br /> DETE~4INATIONS IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION OF <br /> INTENTION NO. 16344; AND MAKING ITS ORDER VACATING <br /> A PORTION OF EMERSON STREET WEST OF WIEHE AVENUE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on December 23, 1986, the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside adopted Resolution No. 16344 declaring its <br />intention to order the vacation of a portion of Emerson Street <br />approximately 66 feet wide by 38 feet long and located west of <br />Wiehe Avenue, and fixing the time and place of hearing all <br />persons interested in the proposed vacation, pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Public Streets, Highways, and Service <br />Easements Vacation Law, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, <br />Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and <br />acted upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside <br />and notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by <br />said Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation <br />Law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City <br />Council heard and found and hereby finds from all of the <br />evidence submitted that the portion of the street vacated is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public use; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Riverside, California, that the portion of the <br />street in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of <br />California, described in the document attached hereto, marked <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RI VERSI DE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
