1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />~5 <br /> <br />~6 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />VAC-5-867 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16365 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, MAKING ITS FINDINGS AND <br />DETERMINATIONS IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION OF <br />INTENTION NO. 16343; AND MAKING ITS ORDER VACATING <br />CERTAIN EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG VIA VISTA DRIVE <br />BETWEEN RYCROFT AND CLARIDGE DRIVES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on December 23, 1986, the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside adopted Resolution No. 16343 declaring its <br />intention to order the vacation of certain excess right-of-way <br />along Via Vista Drive approximately 4 feet wide by 1,152 feet <br />long and located between Rycroft and Claridge Drives, and fixing <br />the time and place of hearing all persons interested in the <br />proposed vacation, pursuant to the provisions of the Public <br />Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, being <br />Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and <br />acted upon by the Planning Commission of the City .of Riverside <br />and notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by <br />said Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation <br />Law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City <br />Council heard and found and hereby finds from all of the <br />evidence submitted that the certain excess right-of-way ordered <br />vacated is unnecessary for present or prospective public use; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Riverside, California, that the excess right-of-way <br />in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
