1 2 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 ~5 16 17 18 ~9 20 21 22 23 2~ 25 26 27 GP-9-867 RESOLUTION NO. 16363 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ARLANZA/LA SIERRA COMMUNITIES COMMUNITY PLAN AND THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE RIVERSIDE GENERAL PLAN WITH REGARD TO APPROXIMATELY 24.5 ACRES SITUATED EASTERLY OF WESTERN AVENUE OPPOSITE THE EASTERLY TERMINUS OF WESTERN HILLS DRIVE AND NORTHERLY OF THE NORTHERLY TERMINUS OF SUNNYVALE DRIVE. WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside, California, advertised for and held a public hearing on September 4, 1986 to consider an amendment to the Arlanza/La Sierra Communities Community Plan and the Land Use Element of the Riverside General Plan as proposed by Case GP-9-867; and WHEREAS the Environmental Protection Commission of the City of Riverside, California, considered the amendment on August 27, 1986 and determined that the amendment will not have a significant effect on the environment; and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, advertised for and held a public hearing on November 25, 1986 to consider the proposed amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside that the City Council finds as follows: 1. It is in the public interest to amend the Arlanza/La Sierra Communities Community Plan and the Land Use Element of the Riverside General Plan as more particularly described below. 2. The amendment will not have a significant effect on the environment.
