LAWRENCE STREET <br />BETWEEN LINCOLN AVENUE AND THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA <br />AND SANTA FE RAILROAD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on December 16, 1986, the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside adopted Resolution No. 16325 declaring its <br />intention to order the vacation of a portion of St. Lawrence <br />Street approximately 80 feet wide by 660 feet long, between <br />Lincoln Avenue and the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, <br />and fixing the time and place of hearing all persons interested <br />in the proposed vacation, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, <br />being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS said proposed vacation was submitted to and <br />acted upon by the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside <br />and notice of hearing said resolution was given as provided by <br />said Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation <br />Law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS on the day fixed for the hearing the City <br />Council heard and found and hereby finds from all of the <br />evidence submitted that the portion of St. Lawrence Street <br />ordered vacated is unnecessary for present or prospective public <br /> <br /> <br />
