1 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />1] <br /> <br />~5 <br /> <br />~6 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RI V E RSI DE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />R-59-634 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5483 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFOrnIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE C-2. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential <br />("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") <br />Zone the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 172 feet of the property described <br /> below: <br /> The east 50' of Lot 13 and west 50' of Lot 14 of <br /> Gafford Gardens Tract, as shown by Map on file in Book <br /> 12, page 97 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, <br /> California. <br /> EXCEPTING the north 100' thereof. <br /> ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom the south 8' thereof, <br /> conveyed to the City of Riverside by deed recorded <br /> October 21, 1943 in Book 601, Page 231 of Official <br /> Records of Riverside County, California. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />Charter of the City of Riverside.
