1 2 5 6 9 12 1] ~5 ~6 ~9 21 25 26 2~ CITY ATTORNEY RI V E RSI DE CALIFORNIA R-59-634 ORDINANCE NO. 5483 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFOrnIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE C-2. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone the land described as follows: The Southerly 172 feet of the property described below: The east 50' of Lot 13 and west 50' of Lot 14 of Gafford Gardens Tract, as shown by Map on file in Book 12, page 97 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California. EXCEPTING the north 100' thereof. ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom the south 8' thereof, conveyed to the City of Riverside by deed recorded October 21, 1943 in Book 601, Page 231 of Official Records of Riverside County, California. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption.
