The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Restricted Office and One-Story Height of Buildings ("RO-S-i") Combining Zones, in the Restricted Office and Two-Story Height of Buildings ("RO-S-2") Combining Zones, and in the Restricted Office and Three-Story Height of Buildings ("RO-S-3") Combining Zones, the land described as follows: Into the RO-S-1, Restricted Office and One-Story Height of Buildings Combining Zones Portions of Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 in Block 3 of Orange Acres, as shown by map on file in Book 13 of Maps, at page 7 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Riverside by deed recorded October 24, 1980, as Instrument No. 198413 of Official Records of Riverside County, California, said point being on the southeasterly line of Lot 25 in Block 3 of said Orange Acres and on a line parallel with and distant 44.00 feet southwesterly, as measured at right angles, to the centerline of Brockton Avenue as shown on said map of Orange Acres; Thence South 56° 04' West along the southeasterly line of said Lot 25 and the southeasterly line of said Lot 14, a distance of 364.28 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing South 56° 04' West along the southeasterly line of said Lot 14, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point 108.00 feet northeasterly of the most CITY ATTORNEY RIVE~tSIDIE CALIFORNIA
