? 8 9 10 11 13 17 19 ~0 R-31-878 ORDINANCE NO. 5633 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE WC TO ZONES M-1 AND MP. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Water Course ("WC") Zone and placing in the Light Manufacturing ("M-i") and Manufacturing Park ("MP") Zones the land described as follows: Into Zone M-I, Light Manufacturing Zone That portion of Tract 21907, on file in Book 171, Pages 19 through 21 of Maps, records of Riverside County, California, described as follows: Parcel 1 COMMENCING at the southeast corner of Lot 1 of said Tract; THENCE North 89° 47' 24" West, along the southerly line of said Lot, a distance of 12.22 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve concaving northeasterly and having a radius of 1,559.00 feet; the radial line at the beginning of said curve bears South 38° 59' 29" West; THENCE northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 2° 50' 49" an arc length of 77.46 feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant 50.00 feet northeasterly, as measured at right angles, from said southerly line of said Lot and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land being described; THENCE South 89° 47' 24" East, along said parallel line, a distance of 4.56 feet; THENCE North 0° 12' 36" East, a distance of 98.16 feet; THENCE North 89° 47' 27" East, a distance CiTY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA
