1 R-75-867 ORDINANCE NO. 5621 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES C-3-S-1-X TO <br />ZONES C-3-S-2-X. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />6 follows: <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside .Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> <br />9 amended by removing from the General Commercial, One-Story <br /> <br />10 Height of Buildings and Building Setback ("C-3-S-1-X") Combining <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />Zones and placing in the General Commercial, Two-Story Height of <br />Buildings and Building Setback ("C-3-S-2-X") Combining Zones <br /> <br />13 with a 20-foot setback from Columbia Avenue and Primer Street, <br /> <br />the land described as follows: <br /> <br />~5 <br /> <br />~6 <br /> <br />~7 <br /> <br />~8 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot 8 of the McCollough Tract,.as <br />shown by map on file in Book 10, page 56 of Maps, <br />Records of Riverside County, California, together with <br />that portion of Lot 90 of the S.C.C.
