1 2 6 7 10 11 13 ~6 ~7 ~8 19 20 21 23 26 ORDINANCE NO. 5615 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND THAT PORTION OF SECTION 10.76.030 RELATING TO JACKSON STREET BY ADDING GARFIELD STREET AS AN EXCEPTION THERETO TO PROVIDE FOR A MULTI-WAY STOP CONTROL AT JACKSON STREET AND GARFIELD STREET; AND BY AMENDING THAT PORTION OF SAID SECTION RELATING TO ORANGE STREET BY ADDING CONNECTOR STREET AND FIFTH STREET AS EXCEPTIONS THERETO TO PROVIDE FOR MULTI-WAY STOP CONTROLS AT ORANGE STREET AND CONNECTOR STREET AND AT ORANGE STREET AND FIFTH STREET. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Those portions of Section 10.76,030 of the Riverside Municipal Code relating to Jackson Street and Orange Street as through streets are hereby amended by adding Garfield Street as an exception to Jackson Street, and by adding Connector Street and Fifth Street as exceptions to Orange Street to provide for multi-way stop controls at the various intersections; said portions of Section 10.76.030 are amended to read as follows: Name of Through Street Jackson Street Orange Street Inclusive Limits Delano Drive and Diana Avenue Fifteenth Street and City Limits Exceptions (if any) Garfield Street Oakley Avenue, Connector Street, Spruce Street, First Street, Third Street, Fifth Street Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA
