AND 5:00 A.M. ON A PORTION <br />OF BANBURY DRIVE. <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br /> Section 1: Section 10.76.050 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code is amended to prohibit stopping, standing or parking on a <br />portion of Jackson Street; said section is amended by adding <br />thereto Jackson Street to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Limits where Stopping, Standing <br />Name of Street and Parking Prohibited <br /> <br />Jackson Street 300 feet north of Hawthorne Avenue <br /> to Magnolia Avenue <br /> <br /> Section 2: Section 10.76.090 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code is amended to prohibit parking between nine p.m. and <br />five a.m. on a portion of Banbury Drive; said section is amended <br />by adding thereto Banbury Drive to read as follows: <br /> <br />Name of Street <br />Banbury Drive <br /> <br />Limits where Parking <br />Prohibited <br /> <br />200 feet south of <br /> Magnolia Avenue to <br /> 150 feet south of <br /> Allenby Street <br /> <br /> Hours when <br />Parking Prohibited <br /> <br />9:00 p.m. to 5z00 a.m. <br /> <br /> Days when <br />Parking Prohibited <br /> <br />Fri. and Sat. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 <br />of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
