1 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br /> CALl FORNIA <br /> <br />R-24-856 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5612 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES <br /> C-3-X-10. <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential <br />("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the General Commercial and Yards <br />("C-3-X-10") Combining Zones with a 10-foot landscaped setback <br />from Indiana Avenue the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 15 of Jones Tract as shown per map on <br /> file in Book 24, page 35, of Maps and Records of <br /> Riverside County, California. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />Charter of the City of Riverside.
