'Beverage container' <br />means any individual bottle, can, jar, carton or similar <br />receptacle which is redeemable pursuant to the <br />California Beverage Container Recycling and Litter <br />Reduction Act of 1986 and any other aluminum beverage <br />container." <br /> <br /> "19.04.044 BEVERAGE CONTAINER RECYCLING FACILITY. <br />'Beverage container recycling facility' means a site <br />where beverage containers as defined in this chapter may <br />be redeemed for cash or other compensation. Said <br />facility may be a reverse vending machine(s), mobile <br />recycling unit or indoor collection center." <br /> <br /> "19.04.098 CONVENIENCE ZONE. 'Convenience zone' <br />means any geographic area designated by the California <br />Department of Conservation as requiring the presence of <br />one or more recycling facilities, mobile recycling units <br />or reverse vending machines pursuant to the California <br />Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Act of <br />1986." <br /> <br /> "19.04.188 INDOOR COLLECTION CENTER. 'Indoor <br />collection center' means a beverage container recycling <br />facility located within a completely enclosed building <br />operating solely for the purpose of collecting, sorting, <br />temporarily storing and redeeming beverage containers as <br />defined by this chapter.
