It is Hereby Resolved, Determined and Ordered by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, pursuant to The Special Assessment InvestiEation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act, and The Improvement Act of 1911, as follows: 1. The City Council of the City of Riverside: California~ herein called the City Council, hereby approves and a~opts the plans, profiles~ specifications, detailed drawinEs and special provisions furnished by the City Engineer, for constructinE the therein described sidewalks and doinE the therein described incidental, appurtenant and incidental work, in the therein described portions of Garfield Street and Canterbury Road, in the proposed Garfield Street Assessment District, in the City of Riverside, which are on file and open to inspection in the offices of the City Clerk and City Engineer; by proceedings pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911. The said plans, profiles and special provisions are design- ated R-1414 Garfield Street Sidewalk Improvement District. The said detailed drawings include City of Riverside Standard Drawing No. 350. The Standard Specifications are the Standard Specifica- tions for Public Works Construction, 1970 Edition, prepared by the Southern California Chapters of the American Public Works Associa- tion and Associated General Contractors of America, and Supplement thereto. The Reference Specifications are the Standard Specifica- tions of the State of California, Department of Public Works, ? .~ Division of Highways, dated January 1969, and Supplements thereto. 2. The City Council hereby approves and adopts the map of the proposed Garfield Street Assessment District, in the City of Riverside, which was prepared by the City Engineer, and is titled Assessment District Map, Proposed Boundary of GarfieId Street Assessment District, City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, Sheet 1 of 1~
