1 5 6 8 9 10 11 1E 15 14 15 16 18 19 2O 21 22 25 24 25 26 27 28 29 ZO (Garfield Street Assessment District) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 11610 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE.IMPROVEMENT OF THE HEREIN SPECIFIED PORTION OF GARFIELD STREET, IN THE CITY OF RiVERSIDE)BY CONSTRUCTING THE HEREIN DESCRIBED SIDEWALKS AND DOING THE HEREIN DESCRIBED INCIDENTAL, APPURTENANT AND AUXILIARY WORK, BY PROCEEDINGS iPURSUANT TO THE IMPROVEMENT ACT.OF 1911; DESCRIBING THE WORK; DESCRIBING THE PROPOSED GARFIELD STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED AND SPECIALLY ASSESSED TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE costs AND EXPENSES AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES THEREOF; DESCRIBING THE IMPROVEMENT BONDS TO BE ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS AND PROTESTS. It is Hereby Resolved~ Determined and Ordered by the City Council of the City of Riverside) California, pursuant to The Improvement Act of 1911~ being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code, as follows: Section 1. Public Interest. The public interest and convenience require~ and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California herein called the City Council, to order the improvement of the herein specified portions of Garfield Street and Canterbury Road, in the herein described proposed Garfield Street Assessment District, in the City of Riverside, by constructing therein the herein described sidewalks, and doing the herein described inc~den. tel, appurtenant and auxiliary work, as particularly described by the herein mentioned plans, profiles, specifications, detailed drawings and special provisions; and to make the whole amount of the costs and expenses and incidental expenses thereof chargeable upon and against the lots, portions of lots and parcels of land in the herein described Garfield Street Assessment District, the public streets and easements ovrned by the City of Riverside to be excepted; all by proceedings pursuant to the Improvement Act of 191 being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code. Section 2. Description of Work. The work, constructing sidewalks~ is proposed to be done in the herein described portions of GARFIELD STREET and CANTERBURY ROAD, in the herein described proposed Garfield Street Assessment District, in the City of Riverside.
