Zoning Case C-21-?01 1 4 § 8 10 12 1§ 18 ~8 19 2O 24 25 28 29 RESOLUTION NO. 11611 A BESOLL~PION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PEHMIT The Planning Commission of the City of Riverside on December 3, 1970, denied the application of George W. Phelps, Zoning Case C-21-701, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct, operate and maintain an addition to Happyland Nursery School consisting of educational facilities for 60 kindergarten, first and second grade students in the R-1-65, Single-Family Residential Zone. The Rudie Company appealed to the City Council from the determination of the Planning Commission, and the City Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on January 5, 1971, in the matter of said appeal. HESOLVED by the City Council of the City o£ Riverside that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by the investigation of the City Council that the public necessity, convenience, welfare and good zoning practices the grm]tlng of said permit upon the terms and conditions justify therein contained. RESOLVED further that said Conditional Use Permit be and is hereby granted and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Riverside be instructed to sign said permit.
