Phelps, <br />Zoning Case C-21-701, for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />construct, operate and maintain an addition to Happyland <br />Nursery School consisting of educational facilities for 60 <br />kindergarten, first and second grade students in the R-1-65, <br />Single-Family Residential Zone. <br /> <br /> The Rudie Company appealed to the City Council from <br />the determination of the Planning Commission, and the City <br />Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing <br />on January 5, 1971, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> HESOLVED by the City Council of the City o£ Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing <br />and by the investigation of the City Council that the public <br />necessity, convenience, welfare and good zoning practices <br /> <br /> the grm]tlng of said permit upon the terms and conditions <br /> <br />justify <br /> <br />therein contained. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED further that said Conditional Use Permit be <br />and is hereby granted and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the <br />City of Riverside be instructed to sign said permit. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by <br /> <br />attested by the City <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City ~erk of ~ City of Riverside <br /> <br />the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br /> Cle~ day of~/r~, 1971. <br /> <br /> <br />
