Zoning <br />Case <br />V-21-?01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11614 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RIVERSIDE~ CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br />GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Riverside <br />granted in part the application of Richard Naugle, Zoning <br />Case V-21-TOl, for a variance from the sign requirements of <br />Section 19.76.100(2a) of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> G. H. Dooley on behalf of Valley Neon appealed to the <br />City Council from the determination of the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustment. The City Council of the City of Riverside conducted <br />a public hearing on January 12, 1971, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />by the investigation of the City Council that the conditions <br /> <br />set forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting <br />of the variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and <br /> <br />intent of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby granted <br />for the purpose of erecting, displaying and maintaining a <br />72-square-foot, partially lighted, freestanding menu board <br />six feet in overall height, as shown on the revised plot plan, <br />and in accordance with the terms of the conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor <br />and attested by the City Clerk this 12th d~ of January, 1971. <br /> <br /> Mayor/o# the ~Cit~ of Riverside <br />Attest: Pro T~npore <br /> <br />~ity~Clerk o~thg City of Riverside <br /> <br /> <br />
