Zoning <br />Oase <br />V-23-?01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11616 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br />GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Riverside <br />failed to grant the application of Arthur T. White, Zoning <br />Case V-23-701, for a variance from the parking requirements of <br />Section 19.?~.010(1) of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> The petitioner appealed to the City Council from the <br />determination of the Board of Zoning Adjustment. The City <br /> <br />Coungil of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on <br />January 19, 1971, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br /> <br />and conditions shown <br />by the investigation <br />set forth in Section <br />the variance will be <br /> <br />by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />of the City Council that the conditions <br />19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of <br />in harmony with the general purpose and <br /> <br />intent of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be <br /> <br />for the purpose of using and maintaining an <br />converted to living quarters without providing additional <br />required covered parking, as shown on the plot plan and in <br />accordance with the terms of the conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br />attested by the City Clerk this 19th day of..~anuary, 1971. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City ~lerk of ~e City of Riverside <br /> <br />and is hereby granted <br />existing carport <br /> <br /> <br />
