1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 2~ 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 32 RESOLUTION NO. 11618 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 11568, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR STREET LIGHTING PROJECT 11, OVERRULING PROTESTS AND ORDERING THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT TO BE INSTALLED AND A STREET LIGHTING CHARGE ESTABLISHED UPON COMPLETION OF SAID WORK. WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, on October 6, 1970 adopted Resolution No. 11568 initiating proceedings for Street Lighting Project 11, over- ruling protests and ordering the proposed improvement to be installed and a street lighting charge established upon comple- tion of said work; and WHEREAS a petition has been received by the City of Riverside requesting inclusion of Broadmoor and Royce Streets in a street lighting project; and WHEP~EAS the Public Utilities Department determined that all residents within the area requesting inclusion signed the petition; and WHEREAS the City Manager and the Public Utilities Director recommend that ~pproval be given to the proposal that additions be made to Lighting Project 11; and WHEREAS the City Council determined sion could be made without a public hearing the affected area has signed the petition lighting project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE initiating proceedings for protests and ordering the proposed improvement to be installed and a street lighting charge established upon completion of said work be and is hereby amended by including Royce Street and Broadmoor Street in Street Lighting Project 11.
