SO ll 1§ l? lB Z0 ~4 ~8 RESOLUTION NO. 11619 A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFOrnIA, ORDERINO, CALLING, PROVIDINO FOR AND OIVING NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE FOURTH WARD OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE ON THE 2ND DAY OF-MARCH, 1971, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTINO ONE MEMBER OF THE 0ITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY OF RIVERSIDE FROM THE FOURTH WARD; AND 0RDERIN0 THE CANVASS OF SAID SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE MADE BY THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE. The City Council of the City of Riverside DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows: Section 1: That in accordance with Section 1602 of the Charter of the City of Riverside, a Special Municipal Election of which notice is hereby given, be and is hereb~ called and ordered to be held in the Fourth Ward of the City of Riverside on March 2, 19?l, for the purpose of electing one member of the City Council of the City of Riverside from the Fourth Ward. Section 2: That the polls for said election shall be opened at 7:00 a.m. of the day of said election and shall remain open continuously from said time until 7:00 p.m. of the same day, when the polls shall be closed except as provided in Section 14436 of the Elections Code. Section 3: That Municipal Election there twenty (20) consolidated for the purpose of holding said Special shall be and hereby are established voting precincts, each consisting of a consolidation of the thirty-six (36) regular election precincts in the Fourth Ward in the City of Riverside established for the holding of state and county elections as said regular election precincts exist on the date of this resolution and as herein- after stated and designated. That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and qualified electors and residents of said City and of their respective voting precincts, are hereby appointed officers of
