BROWN AND LOIS M. BROWN AT 5949 NORWOOD AVENUE, RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, BE A CHARGE WHICR SHALL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE PROPERTY INVOLVED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 3495, AS AMENDED, ADOPTING THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE VOLUME IV - DANGEROUS BUILDINGS. WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, has adopted Ordinance No. 3495, as amended, adopting by reference The Uniform Dangerous Buildings; and WHEREAS dangerous buildings were property located at 5949 Norwood Avenue, Building Code, 1967 Edition, Volume IV -' found to exist on Riverside, California, Riverside County Assessor WHEREAS Harold L. of of said property, were dangerous buildings WHEREAS notice of Parcel No. 920-06-18-001-43; and Brown and Lois M. Brown, the owners given adequate notice of the existence on their property, as required by law; and existence of dangerous buildings was recorded with the Riverside County Recorder said property, as required by certificate on January 9, 1970, concerning law; and WHEREAS the dangerous required by law; and buildings were demolished, as WREREAS notice of removal of dangerous buildings certificate was recorded with the Riverside County Recorder on December ll, 1970, concerning said property, as required by law; and WHEREAS the owners of said property were given notice of a hearing of report, protests and objections concerning abatement of dangerous buildings and assessment of costs to be held by the City Council on January 26, 1971; and WHEREAS said hearing was held before the City Council on January 26, 1971, and the report of the Building Official
