Zoning <br />Case <br />V-26-?01 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11623 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERINB ITS DECISION <br />GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Riverside <br />denied the application o£ Kenneth R. Killian, Zoning Case <br />V-26-?01~ for a variance from the public street frontage require- <br /> <br /> lot in Section 19.04.210 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br />ment £or a <br />Code. <br /> <br /> The petitioner appealed to the City Council from the <br />determination of the Board of Zoning Adjustment. The City <br />Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on <br />January 26, 19?l, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />by the investigation of the City Council that the conditions <br />set forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of <br />the variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and <br />intent of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby granted <br />to construct a single-family dwelling on a parcel of land <br />having no frontage on a dedicated street, as shown on the plot <br />plan, and in accordance with the terms of the conditions of <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by <br />attested by the City <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br /> Mayor ~f the C~t~ o-~f~Rl~e~Aide ' <br /> <br />¢,TV^~,O~NEvClty ~lerk of(~e 'City of Riverside <br /> <br /> <br />
