RESOLUTION NO. 11625 A R~SOLUTION OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, DECLARIN0 THE INTENTION TO VACATE A POBTIOR OF TIlE FRONTAGE ROAD AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF VICTORIA AVENUE AND ANNA STREET; REFERRINU~TO A MAP ON FILE AND RESERVING A PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8330 OF THE STREETS AND HIUHWAYS CODE, AND DETERMINING THAT TRE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE RESERVATION OF SUCB EASEMENT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8331 OF SAID CODE; AND FIXINU THE TIME AND PLACE OF UEARINO. 19 20 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside as follows: 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Riverside, Californi~, to vacate a portion of the f~ontage road at the southwesterly corner of Victoria Avenue and Anna Street upon the grounds and for the reason that said frontage road is unnecessamy for present om future public use. Tbe said City Council hereby elects and expresses its election to proceed to vacate said poption of said frontage road pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3~ Division 9 Of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 2. That the portion of the frontage road which it is the intention of the City Council to vacate is described as follows: That portion of Lot 2 in Block 79 of ARLINGTON REIGBTS, as shown by map recorded in Book 11, pages 20 and 21 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the most west corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Riverside, a Municipal Corporation, by deed recorded in Book 1729, page 237 of Official Records, records of Riverside County, California; Thence North 28° 59' 00" East, along the northwest line of said parcel, 110.8~ feet to the northeast line of said Lot 2; Thence South 3~° 11' 30" East, along said northeast line, 2].29 feet to a line that is parallel with and distant 83.00 feet northwest as measured at right angles to the centerline of Victoria Avenue as shown on said map;
