The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> <br />herein called the City Council, has by its Resolution Ordering Wor] <br /> <br />adopted on February 2, 1971, ordered the doing of the work describ~ <br />~n its Resolution of Intention No. 11606, adopted December 22, 197C <br /> <br />in the Valley Drive Assessment District proceeding, pursuant to the <br />Improvement Act of 1911. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br /> said Resolutions are on file and open to inspection in the <br />office of the City Clerk of the City of Riverside, and are referred <br />to for particulars. <br /> <br /> 2. In compliance with the <br /> <br />provisions of the Labor Code relatir <br /> <br />to wages, Sections 1770 et.seq., it is hereby ascertained by the <br />City Councll that the general prevailing rates of per diem wages, <br />and wages for overtime and holiday work, including employer payment <br />for health and welfare, pensions, vacations and similar purposes, <br />in the locality in which said ordered work is to be performed, for <br />each craft, classification and type of workman required to execute <br />the contract for such work, are the rates which are dmtermined by <br />land according to the rates and amounts ascertained and specified <br />in Resolution No. 11581 which was adopted by the City Council on <br />November 10, 1970, and is on file and open to inspection in the <br />office of the City Clerk, and is hereby referred to for particular~ <br />and the provisions thereof and the rates and amounts ascertained <br />and specified therein are hereby adopted and made a part hereof, <br />as ascertaining and determining the per diem ~ges, and wages for <br />overtime and holiday work, including employer payments for health <br /> <br /> <br />
