RESOSUTION NO, 11631 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA~ ACCEPTING TNE <br />DEDICATION OF A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT PARALLEL <br />TO NIXON EHIVE BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND <br />HOOVER STREET AS A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT. <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />~7 <br /> <br /> 30 <br /> <br />51 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Riverside: <br /> <br /> That the herein described property situated in the <br />.City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, <br />and described as follows: <br /> <br /> A strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, over <br />Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Washington Manor Unit No. 1 <br />as shown by map on file in Book 34, pages 75 and <br />76 of Maps, and over Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, <br />31, 34 and 35 of Washington Manor Unit No. 2 as <br />shown by map on file in Book 36, pages 28 and 29 <br />of Maps, records of Riverside County, California, <br />the northwest line of said strip being described <br />as follows: <br /> Commencing at the most easterly corner of <br />said Lot 5~ <br /> Thence North 34° 00' 00" West, along the <br />northeast line of said Lot 5, a distance of 10.00 <br />feet to a point in a line that is parallel with <br />and distant 10.00 feet northwest, as measured at ~ <br />right angles to the southeast line of said <br />Washington Manor Unit No. i and the southeast line <br />of said Washington Manor Unit No. 2; said point <br />being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; said point also <br />being the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave <br />northwesterly and having a radius of 7,900.00 feet; <br />the initial radial line of said curve bears South <br />35° 21' 22" East; <br /> Thence southwesterly, along said curve and <br />along said parallel line, an arc length of 184.11 <br />feet thru a central angle of O1° 20' 07" to a <br />tangent line; <br /> Thence South 55° 58' 45" West, along said <br />tangent line and continuing along said parallel <br />line, 769.50 feet to the southwest line of a 10 <br />foot public utilities and drainage easement in <br />said Lot 35, as shown by Washington Manor Unit <br />No. 2 and to the END of this line description. <br /> <br /> The above described strip of land also being <br />shown as a l0 foot public utilities easement by <br />said Washington Manor Unit No. i and said <br />Washington Manor Unit No. 2. <br /> <br />is accepted, and the dedication and acceptance is now acknowl- <br />edged by this resolution, by the City of Riverside to public <br /> <br /> <br />
