C. Penney Properties, Inc. is acquiring in thc City of Riverside described in Exhibit A hereto, a portion of which easement crosses the aforementioned easements owned by the City of Riverside; and WHEREAS, tile construction of a sewer linc by J. C. Penney Properties, Inc. within its casement will not interfere with tile future use by tile City of Riverside of its easements; · NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That the construction of a sewer line by J. C.
