I 2 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 I1 12 ~3 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO, 12040 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA~ DECLARING THE INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF NEVA PLACE; REFERRING TO A MAP ON FILE AND RESERVING PERMANENT EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY FOR SEWER, GAS LINE, WATER LINE, ELECTRIC AND TELEPRONE FACILITIES AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8330 OF THE STREETS AND I{IOHWAYS CODE, AND DETERMININ0 THAT TRE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE TSE RESERVATION OF SUCH EASEMENTS AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8331 OF SAID CODE; AND FIXINO TBE TIME AND PLACE OF tIEARING. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside as follows: 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, to vacate a portion of Neva Place upon the grounds and for the reason that said portion of the street is unnecessary for present or future public use. The said City Council hereby elects and expresses its election to proceed to Vacate said portion of said street pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 2. That the portion of the street wbich it is the intention of the City Council to vacate is described in the document attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference made a part hereof. 3. That the portion of the street sought to be vacated is shown Riverside, on file. 4. That it is not the intention of the City Council to vacate permanent easements and rights of way for sewer, gas line, water line~ electric and telephone facilities. 5. That the time and place for hearing of persons interested in the proposed vacation is hereby fixed as Tuesday~ on a certain map on file with the City Clerk of the City of California, and reference is hereby made to said map
